This is part of a wider look at featuring more people in all aspects of their communications. This is appropriate because Holiday Extras really do have hundreds of highly trained people in their UK office to back up a helpful and expert positioning.
To increase the usefulness of emails, booking details are always prominent, and details like the luggage rules on their particular flight are included. Emails are also an excellent way to make other, relevant ‘add-on’ offers to existing customers.
